Please review the following terms that govern your use of Purest Cut's online store, purestcut.com.au. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. Since we may revise these terms at any time, you should visit this page periodically to review the terms of your use.

Purest Cut makes every effort to represent as accurately as possible the colours, styles and fits of our products. Please note, the particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colours of products shown on our site.

Our website may contain links to other websites that are not under the control of Purest Cut. We have no responsibility for the linked websites nor do we necessarily endorse the linked websites. Purest Cut provides the links solely for the convenience and information of our online store users.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, photographs and written and other materials that are part of this site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled or licensed by Purest Cut. The site as a whole is protected by copyright and all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Purest Cut.

All orders are subject to the availability of stock. Purest Cut reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, at which time, you will be notified via email or telephone. All monies will be refunded in the form of original payment.

Shipping & Handling
All orders within Australia incur a flat rate shipping fee of $9.90 and will be delivered by TNT Courier within 2-7 working days. Purest Cut is pleased to offer free delivery for all Australian orders with a total of $500 or more.

All international orders incur a flat rate shipping fee of $45 and will be delivered by TNT Courier within 3-8 working days. We currently ship to:

All of our international orders will be insured for their full value. Therefore, the total value of the order will be shown on the customs declaration. Purest Cut will not be held responsible for any additional duties/taxes incurred by your country, so please check with your local Customs for any restrictions and charges. Should you refuse to pay any additional charges and your order is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct these costs from your refund.

Important Note: Like most courier services, TNT requires a signature upon delivery, so please be sure someone is available to sign for the parcel. If no one will be home to do so, please add a comment to your order during checkout to authorise for the parcel to be left at your selected address. Alternatively, send the item/s to work, a family member or a neighbour to ensure full delivery. Please be advised that TNT does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Payment
All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are Goods & Services Tax (10%) inclusive. For international orders, the Goods & Services Tax is automatically deducted.

We accept Paypal and Direct Deposit (Internet transfers) for all Australian orders.
All international orders can be made by Paypal only.

All purchases will be charged in Australian Dollars only. Please be aware that your bank and/or credit card company may charge you a currency conversion fee. Please check with your banking institution for any fees you may incur prior to placing your order as we are not responsible for any additional fees charged to you by any third party.

All Direct Deposit must be received/cleared within four (4) business days. If payment has not cleared within this time frame, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly issue an exchange or refund provided that the following conditions are met:

Please note, returned items must be packaged safely and securely as we can not accept returns that have been damaged through transit. Furthermore, the return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items: For sale items or discount codes, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

Sizing
Due to discrepancies between sizing systems and the differences between labels, please use the sizing charts as a guide only. For more accurate measurements on a specific item, please do not hesitate to email us.

We value our customers and respect their privacy. We only collect relevant customer information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services and promotions. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the items you have ordered.

We reserve the right to discontinue the use of this website to any person(s) who provides us with false or misleading information.

When choosing to pay for an order by credit card, you will be transferred to a VeriSign secure hosted HTML form - you will notice the URL change. Once connected to VeriSign's secure order form you can then proceed with your purchase and enter your credit card details. CCV Security Code
The CCV Security Code is an authentication scheme to help reduce fraudulent transactions. When prompted, please provide the last three (3) digits that appear on the signature strip at the back of your credit card.
